Online training is a tailored program made to meet your needs. Online clients can complete their specialized training videos at their leisure, while their progress is being monitored by a Motives Trainer. Extending over 4 weeks, you will get 6 custom workouts, or 3 workouts every 2 weeks. The intent is to have a 3-day training week, and repeat the same workout the following week. After week 1 and week 2, you will receive 3 new workouts to do in week 3 and week 4.
Online training programs are best suited for people with busy lifestyles, scheduling conflicts, or even when you want to workout, but you don't like to leave the comfort of your home either - trust us, we know!
